Body Assessment

Every body holds itself differently, with a combination of idiosyncrasies that define its current state.  The Body Assessment serves a dual purpose: to educate you in how to begin to address your body to improve balance and function from the inside out, and for me to begin to discover how your particular body's tendencies might affect its ability to move as it was intended.  By completing a Body Assessment, together we can determine how best to proceed in accordance with your body's needs, your schedule and finances.

Body Coaching Session

For the individual experiencing discomfort or unsatisfactory function in one or more places in their body, or anyone for whom the 8-week Keep-Me-Moving plans is not appropriate. Your coaching session may include a video of the session for your practice and review.  We will assess imbalances in the body that may be limiting your mobility and provide recommendations and strategies to alleviate them.  The individual will leave the session with instructions for 3 - 5 assignments to help bring the body into better balance and function.
